Bottle references from the supplied project records
Our supplied packaging worksheet, dated 22 October 2025, includes bottled-liquid entries for 30 mL, 60 mL and 120 mL. These are packaging references for discussion; the bottle, dispenser, formula and current availability must be confirmed for the selected order.
| Product reference | Catalogue record | What remains in the order brief |
|---|---|---|
| Black walnut drops · P0035 | 60 mL presentation. | Current composition, measured serving, dispenser and complete branded pack. |
| Oregano liquid project · P0068 | 30 mL and 60 mL entries. | Selected bottle revision, liquid base and formula-specific assessment. |
| Biotin liquid drops · P0031 | 120 mL entry. | Ingredient amount basis, serving/device and label review. |
A listed bottle volume is not a serving size. Shipping-carton counts and label dimensions are confirmed for the actual component revision, rather than copied from a different bottle.
Catalogue, OEM or new formulation?
For an existing product enquiry, send its reference and ask for the current composition and available brand or pack changes. For an OEM enquiry, provide the formula and specification you want assessed. If the product is still a concept, define the intended ingredients and commercial goals so development work and deliverables can be scoped.
Specify the formula and measured serving
List each ingredient form and amount per mL or stated serving. Include the proposed liquid base, flavour direction and relevant restrictions. Mark undecided fields so feasibility work can address them before a specification is agreed.
| Brief field | Send for a useful proposal |
|---|---|
| Formula basis | Catalogue reference or formula revision, ingredient forms and serving basis |
| Liquid presentation | Proposed water, oil or other base and relevant restrictions |
| Dispensing task | Measured mL or intended drop-count instructions and proposed device |
| Pack scope | Bulk liquid, filled bottles or finished labelled packs |
| Commercial scope | Market, quantity per formula and pack, and target timing |
Do not equate a full dropper or a counted number of drops with a measured mL volume without relevant evaluation. Review the sample and dispensing checklist before agreeing the order specification.
Define the bottle, filling and branded pack
Send the fill volume, bottle material and colour, closure, dispenser, tamper-evidence requirement and intended presentation. Ask how the proposed formula and device will be assessed together and what documentation is included.
Connect the sample code and pack revision to the quotation. Define appearance, handling, dispensing, microbiological, stability and container questions with the responsible technical team; these are review topics, not claims that a catalogue entry has passed testing.
Three views to include in a bottle brief
Choose the bottle and dropper together. Confirm the body width, overall height and closure dimensions before preparing the label and retail box. The photographs below show three checks recorded in the supplied packaging worksheet; use the dimensioned drawing for your selected bottle.

| Brief field | What to identify | Next decision |
|---|---|---|
| Bottle and assembly | Fill volume, bottle material/profile and the selected closure and dispenser. | Ask for the component reference and dimensioned drawing. |
| Label and retail box | Usable label panel, artwork dimensions and box requirements for that component. | Review the historical label references before requesting the final print drawing. |
| Order and transport pack | Quantity per retail unit, individual protection and proposed outer carton. | Compare the recorded carton examples and request the current packing proposal. |
You can enquire with a concept and preferred fill volume while other fields remain open. Include the market and intended use so the formulation, pack and relevant assessments can be discussed together.
A closer look at a bottle-filling setup
Include the selected bottle, closure and intended fill in the enquiry. The equipment view illustrates the filling stage; fill accuracy, line suitability and release requirements must be agreed for the proposed product.
Review the liquid, dispenser and finished pack together
A bottle volume alone does not define the product. Use a staged review to resolve the formulation and measurement questions that affect the proposed order; an initial concept does not need every technical field filled in.
Do not convert a drop count or a full dropper into mL without appropriate evaluation. A proposed water, oil or other base is a question for feasibility review, not a blanket promise that all systems are available.
For US dietary supplements, 21 CFR 111.70 addresses product specifications and safe, suitable contact packaging. It does not set one universal testing package, shelf life or bottle system for all liquid formulations, and it does not establish our certification status.
Keep a short record of the sample you approve
| Review field | Record for the sample revision |
|---|---|
| Appearance and consistency | Colour, appearance and the requested consistency or viscosity direction. |
| Flavour, aroma and sweetness | The requested direction and the feedback to carry into the next revision. |
| Bottle and dispenser | The selected assembly and the intended serving basis to assess together. |
| Finished presentation | Label revision, retail box and any agreed protection against scratching or damage. |
Keep the sample reference and outstanding changes with the written quotation. Sample fees, MOQ and the production slot depend on the project scope and current scheduling. Compare what the quotation includes.

Choose a starting reference or send your own formula brief. Request the current composition and available brand or pack changes for the selected entry.
Samples, MOQ and scheduling for a custom liquid project
Our focus is custom projects. You do not need to choose a fixed catalogue specification before contacting us. Share your concept, target market and the requirements you know; mark undecided items for discussion.
| Decision | How we approach it | Confirm for your project |
|---|---|---|
| Samples | Sample fees are generally modest. The fee is agreed for the proposed sample work. | The formulation or reference, sample scope, any revisions and what the quoted charge includes. |
| MOQ | MOQ is discussed case by case, taking the industry, customer and project circumstances into account. | The quantity and unit for the selected formula and pack; packaging or material commitments, where applicable. |
| Lead time | Timing depends on the factory’s production queue and workload. | The current schedule, required approvals and the agreed starting point for the delivery estimate. |
| Product specification | A catalogue pack is a reference, not the only route for a custom project. | The formula, flavour, bottle and dispensing device to assess before approving production. |
An initial enquiry can start with a product idea and an estimated quantity, or with the quantity still open. The written proposal confirms the specific terms; a general website example is not a quotation.
Review the decision that is holding up your order
Start your liquid project enquiry
Send your formula or product reference, market, fill volume, pack and initial quantity. State whether this is a new concept, a revision or an additional-supplier enquiry, and identify what must stay consistent. Use the project starting-point checklist if the scope is still open.
