Approve the tablet appearance with the formula
State how the tablet is intended to be used, then specify the requested shape, length or diameter, width, thickness and target weight separately. A dimensioned shape reference does not establish the weight or ingredient amount for another formula. Confirm the proposed tooling and the sample revision before agreeing the finished appearance.

Connect the sample decision to production
Ask which preparation, compression and any coating stages are proposed for the actual formula. Have the responsible team define applicable physical checks and acceptance criteria. A chewable texture assessment and an effervescent preparation observation answer different questions; neither supplies a generic pass limit for every tablet.
Confirm what the quotation actually includes
Request the scope and ownership of any tooling, trial work and dedicated materials. Separate formula assessment, production, coating where relevant, testing and packing. Connect any moisture-protection proposal to the particular unit and package rather than assuming that one tube or bottle proves shelf life.
