Our project inquiry form requires your name, business email, phone or WhatsApp contact, and project details. You may also provide your company, target market and other project requirements. Please avoid sending confidential formulas or sensitive personal information until an appropriate project process has been agreed.

We use inquiry information to understand your request, respond to your questions, prepare project discussions and maintain business correspondence. Product, packaging, sample and quotation details may be reviewed only as needed for the requested business discussion.

The website and its hosting or security services may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and security events to operate, protect and improve the site.
Sharing and retention

A WhatsApp click records contact intent, not a delivered message or a completed purchase. A saved form is not automatically a qualified sales enquiry.
Analytics events use page paths, product references, product format and interaction type. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, telephone number or enquiry message to Google Analytics. Contact-page query text is removed from the analytics page URL. Optional session-level landing-page information is stored only after analytics consent.
Your product reference and originating page can accompany a submitted enquiry so the team can respond to the correct project. This enquiry processing works without optional analytics.
