Record the preparation conditions beside the sample
Compare prepared samples using the same agreed powder amount and water volume. Record the preparation conditions with the sample revision so a change in dilution is visible during review.

Include your intended preparation conditions in the project brief if already decided. Otherwise, identify them as decisions for sample development.

Connect the sample decision to production
Compare identified samples under the same preparation conditions. Record dispersion, settling, taste and appearance separately rather than calling all of them solubility. Ask which blend-uniformity, physical handling and serving-measure questions apply to the product and how the selected pack will be evaluated.
Confirm what the quotation actually includes
Clarify whether the quotation covers a dry blend in bulk or finished retail units. Separate flavour development, blending, filling, printed materials and agreed testing. For a scoop or individual portion, connect the proposed serving quantity to the pack specification instead of assuming a universal scoop volume.
For sticks, include both the individual portion and the number of sticks per retail bag. See the recorded stick-and-bag example before requesting the component drawing.
