For brands, distributors and product developers
Develop an oral strip concept or discuss a catalogue reference with China-Shaanxi BioTech. Our focus is custom projects for brands and distributors: start with your idea, then review the formula, strip and branded packaging for the proposed order.

The retained catalogue contains different strip presentations. These examples identify a starting pack, not interchangeable formulas or a claim that every film is available in both configurations.
| Reference | Documented catalogue presentation | Specify for your project |
|---|---|---|
| American ginseng oral strips · P0684 | 7 strips per box; shown in the supplied catalogue image and product record. | Ingredient forms and amount per strip, individual protection and retail box requirements. |
| CoQ10 oral strip project · P0675 | 30 strips shown on the catalogue artwork and in its product record. | Request the current full composition and pack revision; do not infer the formula from the front artwork. |
Confirm the selected configuration in the written proposal. The artwork is a catalogue presentation, not evidence of current stock, validated shelf life or a delivery commitment.
| Your starting point | What to send |
|---|---|
| A catalogue film for your brand | A reference from the oral strip catalogue, your market, pack count and first-order quantity. Ask for the current formula and available changes. |
| Your own formula | Ingredient forms and amounts per strip, intended serving and any processing restrictions. This is the starting brief for an OEM discussion. |
| A new product concept | Target ingredients, intended audience and product experience. A development or ODM discussion must define feasibility, sample iterations and formula ownership. |
State the amount of each ingredient per strip, dimensions if already defined, flavour direction and dissolution experience to evaluate. Ingredient loading and film handling must be reviewed together; a capsule formula cannot simply be assumed to fit into a film.
Specify individually protected strips or a multi-strip pack, units per retail pack and artwork requirements. Request a packaging proposal covering moisture protection and handling for the chosen film.
Keep the formula revision, strip dimensions, sample code and proposed pack together. Agree which question the sample needs to answer, such as handling, flavour or the planned disintegration observation. Record the method and conditions before comparing results.
| Decision | Ask for | What remains to be confirmed |
|---|---|---|
| Formula identity | Ingredient forms and amounts per strip or stated serving | A catalogue name or label image is not the final formula specification |
| Strip handling | Dimensions, thickness method and observations for the identified sample | Mechanical suitability for the intended packing and use |
| Disintegration assessment | Defined medium, conditions, endpoint and sample records | No universal seconds-to-pass limit is assumed here |
| Ingredient consistency | Proposed content and uniformity assessment | Product-specific methods and acceptance criteria |
| Protective pack | Material and closure specification, pack count and stability plan | Support for storage conditions in the selected pack |
A published 2022 review of orodispersible-film preparation and characterization discusses formulation and evaluation approaches. It concerns pharmaceutical research, not test results for these catalogue products. Do not infer supplement efficacy, absorption or an approved shelf life from it.
Use the film sample and packaging record
Before an order, agree the selected film and protective pack, label responsibilities, remaining technical work and release requirements. For a US dietary-supplement project, 21 CFR 111.70 provides a specification framework; it is not a product certificate.
Our focus is custom projects. You do not need to choose a fixed catalogue specification before contacting us. Share your concept, target market and the requirements you know; mark undecided items for discussion.
| Decision | How we approach it | Confirm for your project |
|---|---|---|
| Samples | Sample fees are generally modest. The fee is agreed for the proposed sample work. | The formulation or reference, sample scope, any revisions and what the quoted charge includes. |
| MOQ | MOQ is discussed case by case, taking the industry, customer and project circumstances into account. | The quantity and unit for the selected formula and pack; packaging or material commitments, where applicable. |
| Lead time | Timing depends on the factory’s production queue and workload. | The current schedule, required approvals and the agreed starting point for the delivery estimate. |
| Product specification | A catalogue pack is a reference, not the only route for a custom project. | The formula, strip handling, flavour and protective packaging to assess before approving production. |
An initial enquiry can start with a product idea and an estimated quantity, or with the quantity still open. The written proposal confirms the specific terms; a general website example is not a quotation.
These entries help identify a project for discussion. Request the current ingredient list and specification before selecting a product; similar names do not prove equivalent formulas.
Send the formula or reference, market, strip and pack requirements, initial quantity and target timing. State whether you need a new concept, changes to an existing film or an additional supplier. Separate the fixed requirements from the choices to explore.
Former catalogue reference P0134 shows several oral film presentations rather than a separate defined formula. Use the individual references above, or send a new brief with the formulation and pack you want reviewed.

Use a dated record to connect the development sample to your commercial brief. Write open questions against the actual reference rather than treating different films as interchangeable.

Ask the quotation to identify formula and pack revisions, development work, sample iterations, testing responsibilities, quantity and material commitments. A proposed market or label claim needs its own review; the film format alone does not establish the regulatory route.
